Solid leg day!!
Abductors 3 x 12-15 reps
Single leg hamstring curls 3 x 10-12
Lying hamstring curls 3 x 8-10
RDL 3 x 8-10
High and wide leg press 4 x 12-15
Pendulum 3 x 8-10
Leg extension 4 x 10-12
Adductors 4 x 12-15
Starting to feel the fatigue towards the end of my sessions now bodyfat is getting lower but strength is still there and still having great sessions.
I'm tipping we'll only push for another couple of weeks to get pretty lean then we'll look at packing some size on hopefully.
I'm interested to see what the approach will be, will we drop peds down for a bit or if bloods are good will he want to keep pushing that's the questions I have and will find out after he's happy with the look.
