That I’ll make note of. Today I did my new shoulder and arm workout with some cardio. My endurance is def going up. I finished my workout and an 1 hour of cardio in record time. I also increased speed on both pwo and post cardio.
Pwo 30 mins jogging treadmill
- Seated shoulder press iso machine 130lbs up 10lbs 4x8
- Cable incline bench bicep curl 15lbs 4x12
- Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 60lbs up 10lbs 3x6
- Smith machine military press 50lbs up 10lbs 4x12lo
- DB Spider Curls preacher curl bench supported (short head) 35lbs 4x12
- Smith machine JM press(long head) 30lbs up 10lbs 4x8
Post 30 mins incline 10.0 moderate speed. Kept my heart rate at 130 for the full 30 mins.
