- Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 50lbs 3x15 up in reps
- DB Spider Curls preacher curl bench supported (short head) 35lbs 4x12
- Cable rope overhead tricep extension (lateral) 70lbs 3x15 up in reps
- Zot-man curls 30lbs 4x30 up in reps
- Smith machine JM press 20lbs 4x15
30 mins stairclimber moderate speed.
Added smooth machine JM presses into my routine. They felt amazing.
