Today I did cardio and arms plus my cheat meal for lunch.
30 mins light jogging preworkout
- Cable biceps curl 135lbs up 15lbs 4x6
- Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 50lbs 3x12 up in reps
- DB Spider Curls (short head) 35lbs 3x12 up in reps
- Cable rope overhead tricep extension (lateral) 70lbs up 10lbs 3x12 dropset 50lbs 1x20
- Zot-man curls 30lbs 3x24 up in reps dropset 15lbs 1x35
- Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 100lbs 3x12 drop set 80lbs 1x20
30 mins moderate speed incline treadmill
Porto’s is this famous Cuban restaurant/bakery here in LA. Food was so good. Totally worth the 1 hour delivery time.
I split the food with my friend so I didn’t actually eat all this food. I had 1 Cuban sandwich, some appetizers, and 1 lava cake from Trader Joe’s.

1 chicken empanadas which was just OK. Wouldn’t order it again. The spinach and feta empanada was AMAZING!

The lava cake hit the spot! Cold day here in LA. I only had one. I’m so full. There’s no way I’m having dinner.
Tomorrow is cardio and abs
