It's still kind of hard to figure out, but in the terms and conditions it says we reserve the right to ship the order up to 6 days after we collect the finances, however depending on the type of finances he sent, as we all know historically recently if he use Bitcoin that could have been a problem due to the delays, furthermore depending on the type of payment method that he used, I'm going to use Bitcoin as an example. Some people who use Bitcoin do not jump on and utilize the option with send it right away That means it takes quite a long time for it to go through these long tedious processes.. If it took someone 6 days to receive items locally that's not entirely terrible but there's a process to this. And that's actually sorting out the payment method..

I payed with Western Union, I have the app. It sends me a notification the instant the money is received by the receiver. I payed in store @ 5 pm and the next morning @ 10 am I got the notification that the money was picked up and in the possession of the receiver. Then for some reason it took 14 days before I received the items. I order from China and get my order in 7-14 days. I ordered domestic because I didn't want to wait and risk customs. Then this 6 days after we have your money thing & weekends don't count etc . If you order on a Monday it might not ship until the next Tuesday. That's already 8 days wasted right there. Then the week in the mail. It shouldn't say domestic 3-4 days. It should say domestic 8 -12 days. Good business practice is getting the consumer what they paid for asap, quick turn around. The customer should have a tracking number and know that their order is on the way within a day or two. Especially if it's a domestic order. Just my two cents take it with a grain of salt. Like I said before opinions are like assholes everybody has one. But I am happy the order finally arrived.

I see what you’re saying but I can also tell you I have seen how well n2guard has helped my blood numbers when I’m running a harsh cycle. This is why I stand behind it!
 
what I like to do is go three sets that do a four set to failure
that seems to work really good for me
I sometimes do three sets actually did three sets for my entire life until about a year ago. Just wanted to kick it up a notch and tear up the fibers a little more with the extra set and reps. But if I'm tired I'll still do a three set lift.
 
Today was arm day:
4 sets alternating dumbbell curls until failure last set was only 8 reps
4 sets alternating cable curls back towards machine until failure .
4 sets rope hammer curls until failure.
Tri's
4 sets behind the head standing rope extensions towards ceiling until failure.
4 sets single handle cable pushdowns per arm until failure.
4 sets reverse cable kick backs high pulley per arm until failure.
4 sets two handed triceps pushdowns until failure.
35 mins total 7 arm exercises.

Yesterday was Chest and Back.
4 sets flat bench until failure.
4 sets incline dumbbell press until failure
4 sets incline cable flys until failure
4 sets palms in cable pushes towards ceiling until failure for upper chest.
Back:
pull ups palms forward 4 sets until failure
Straight arm lat pull downs 4 sets until failure
Seated rows 4 sets until failure.
Seated close grip palms in lat pulls 4 sets until failure.
Abs:
3 sets 25 full stack rope crunches and 1 set until failure.

50 mins total workout time.

chest back NICE but you train 2 big bodyparts same time, you protein shake before this? very hard to pull this off you hardcore bro :) @Dogbreath

My Cardio is sex and walking. Keeping busy moving all day. I used to run 15 miles a week after lifting. Just wasn't feeling it any longer.
