For 1 1/2 month or so, I'm on my cutting phase and it seems to me that I cant loose any more bodyfat.
I'm doing T-dawg diet from T-mag, which is similar to CKD.
I was 156 in my bulking phase and now I am 149.( Btw, I am 5'10'). The problem is I dont think the 6 pounds I've lost are from fat, because I didn't notice much difference in "rippedness". I am afraid that I might be loosing muscle too along with the fat.
I'm doing HIIT and normal cardio 3 times a week and weights another 3 times a week.
I think the problem is in the diet, but I dont know exactly what it is, that's why I'm asking you.
Anyway, here's my diet:
Meal 1:
25g Oatmeal w/ 100ml Skim milk
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
3g Fishoil capsules
Meal 2:
150g Chicken or Turkeybreast (P:40)
100g Cottage cheese. (C:1 P:13 F:4)
250g mixed Veggies (C:~10)
1 slice of cheese 45% fat
1 tbsp Olive oil
Meal 3:
250g Quark=> similiar to joghurt (C:10 , P: 30, F: 0.1)
1 scoop Protein (C:1, P:15, F:1.5)
1 tbsp natural P.Butter
3g Fishoil Capsules
Meal 4PW Shake)
2 scoop Protein (P:30)
30g Dextrose
Meal 5:
125g Salmon (P:25)
250g Veggies (C:~10)
100g Cottage cheese
1 tbsp Olive oil
Meal 6:
150g Chicken or Turkey breast
100g Cottage cheese
3g Fishoil Capsules
1 tbsp Olive oil
Should I cut my calories more?
