I am brand new to this forum. Let me just say, it is wonderful. I love everyones positivity and info. I tried day 1 of the shadow project today with my sis. I've been on a little gym break and the shadow project is just the thing to get me back in "the zone".
WOW!!! I had never lifted this way before, I always just threw the weights up and down. What a difference. Can wait until morning for tommorow's training. Still deciding if me and my sis want to start a log???
