WW's New Log - Counting down to the Cruise

BiggT said:
It's raining where I am too, and it certainly does put you in a foul mood, lol.

2 suggestions.....don't worry about the boobs, if you want my opinion, for one I am sure they look fine, and also I can speak for myself and I know a lot of guys share this opinion, I like an athletic looking woman and never went for the oversized boobs. But it comes down to you being happy with you in the end, but just wanted to give my opinion.

About the breaking out, that is so common. It helps to shower immediately after working out, if you don't shower and change for a few hours after you workout it can cause you to break out with all of the bacteria from the sweat having a nice place to fester in those workout clothes. Also, tanning does wonders for that too.

Also, pics better be up on 5/28, lol.

Hm. Thanks for being objective, guys opinions count two-to-one here on this matter in my opinion!! I consider myself an athletic looking woman and don't want porn start pam anderson oversized boobs. just nice in a bikinki boobs.

And I *do* shower after my am cardio. Right away, as I live about 3 minutes from the gym and I go home, then off to work. I could give a new anti-baterial soap a try, maybe? And I know I could hit the tanning bed more! I love it- especially on a rainy day like today.

Going to get a good leg workout in and get over this stupid shit.... and so I can post some half-way decent pictures in a week or two!! ;)

Food looks goooooood today! :p Are you seeing changes in your body that you want to see, namely your legs?

Enjoy your leg workout!

Yes, I am seeing changes in my body. I don't know if it's the past two months, or the changes in my diet (more carbs) or whatever, but almost overnight - I am leaner!! Esp in my legs and abs.

Off to eat my turkey and apple and go workout. I totally ate too many walnuts earlier, but the tasted so damn good!! And mashed cauliflower - rockin... have you tried it ever? Sounds almost as good as your quiche!! :)

Mashed cauliflower is awesome. You are leaner - awesome!!!

Um, pics? Did I miss them?

Hey WW! How's it going? I'm trying to catch up on your log....Are you still cycling your carbs?

Neutrogena makes a bodywash that has worked really well for me. Might want to try it. Also, make sure you wear breathable fabrics when you work out.

Mashed cauliflower rocks, but a lot of times the nutrients are all cooked out of it. I guess it depends on how it's prepared.

I have never had mashed cauliflower...I will have to add it to my food list for when I get back!! ;) Do they taste like mashed potatoes?

Hope you had a great leg workout last night!! ;)

They're a decent substitue for potatoes- If you try really hard, you can imagine that they're like mashed potatoes (of which, I am always a huge fan of - great big blobs of lumpy mashed potatoes made with lots of butter and a bit of milk).

mermaid, no pictures... yet. probably this weekend, or next.

bagdergrl, I'm kind of cycling my carbs still. I have low days and high days, but all days contain some carbs, mostly before and after my workouts.

I'll look for that Neutrogena bodywash today- Can't hurt to try!! I'm also going to buy a new bra or two. You don't have to ever convince me or give me a reason to shop.... ;)

Mashed cauliflower was yummy last night! Tonight I'm going to make my modified version of shrimp scampy w/some orange roughy or tilapia.

This was in my email box this am-
