Okay where to start!! I am 24 and 5"3 I go back and forth between 130 and 135. I was told about this site from a friend and my fiance is also on here as well. I am getting back into the gym and eating better. I was a fast pitch catcher and was up and down for 3 hours. I had a great butt and legs but now they are not that great anymore. I have 2 little girls that are 2 and 4 years old. My fiance has started his first cycle of deca and test. He has had great results from it so far. He did alot fo research on it and talked to our friends before starting it. I want get my body back the way it was. I really don't care how much I way as long as I look and feel good. I sleep alot and not enough motivation to go to the gym like he does. I want to work my abs and love handles, legs and arms. I am doing a test run for 10 weeks on some new stuff and will keep you updated as time goes on. It was made just for females and don't remember alot about it since it is 2:15 am and I pulled a double today. They guy that made it is a friend of ours and knows alot about this stuff. He wouldn't do anything to hurt me cause he knows my little girls. I have looked around and found some great food idea's to cook. You girls rock on here and I am so glad that I became a member. I have alot of learning to do and I have an open mind and ready to learn.

I played alot of sports in high school and was the first female to get a USAAA fast pitch scholarship anywhere in the US. I took it in Cali but due to having surgery and missing the first season I lost my scholarship and haven't played fast pitch since. I also play volleyball and some tennis. I don't mind criticsm because that only makes you push harder to be better. I am a bartender in a night club and am not afraid of much. I am the one they male bouncers come to, to kick a girl out. I have to say I have yet to get into a fist fight. I use other means to get them to leave. The mind is more powerful than the body. Well I hope I gave you some idea of who I am. I can't wait to get to know more lady's and all the wonderful advice you have for me to learn.

Hey chica! Welcome to EF! For a 24 yr old, you've done a lot already! Its always weird when your "normal" level of activity gets modified some and the ensuing result of just living "life" occurs. Just means you find a different way to "live".

Being who I am, I'm curious about the "stuff for women" this guy is cooking up for you. Just giving you my mini rant about women needing to be well-educated on stuff they put in their bodies and not just trusting "this guy" because he'd never do anything to hurt you. "He" can't guarantee what will or won't happen when you mix stuff in w/ your personal body chemistry and "he' won't have to deal w/ any potential consequences either. Its imperative that YOU know what this stuff is and be comfortable w/ the results & the sides before you throw it and become your own personal chemistry experiment.

OK stepping off of that, of course I'm still interested to hear more about this stuff.

Thanks Sassy. I can tell you know alot about this kind of things and you have been around it for awhile. I am new to all this so I know you are looking out for what is best for me. The "stuff" I am talking about has no name yet. It is 275 ml and I take 1cc each week in my butt. I just took my first dose Wed morning around 3am. As you can tell I am on the pc early of the morning or late how ever you look at it. I am not sure what all is in it. HE told me at one point but I don't have a great memory. I understand that I am a test run and things can go wrong. I have taken nursing class's and am going for my BSN. So I sort of know what to look for side effects. Which with this since it is new could be anything. I am keeping a day to day log of how I feel and if there are any changes. He is a chemist and knows what he is doing when it comes to doing the math and what to mix and what not to mix. But far a what could happen when they all are mixed together and with my body, no one knows. Nor will anyone know until it is tried. Like I said before I have an open mind so I thank you for looking out for me. This "stuff" is also suppose to bust my sex drive which needs it in the worst way. Sorry for the girls that are not as open as I am. But my faince has a high sex drive and even higher now that he has more test in his body. I couldn't keep up with him before he started so it is even harder now. I know alot of women lose theirs as well when taking juice so I talked to him and asked him to do some research and find something for me that is safe and I wouldn't have the bad side effects from. So a few months later he did it. He said it should also increase my sex drive. Which I have taken other stuff that didn't work to try and do the same thing.

My legs are big since I did alot of squats catching so I want to firm them back up. Most women want great looking abs and love handles. I want to gain my strength back in my arms and get alittle more but not to much. I don't have alot of boobs now but hoping to get implants later next year when I get the money.

I have started building muscles under the fat on my stomach. So my stomach looks even bigger now. I know I have to do about 30 min a cardio at least 3 times a week to burn that fat off. I also have to make time to eat to speed my metabolism back up. I run around working all day and don't remember to eat and don't make time for it and when I look back I relize I haven't eaten in like 12 hours. I want to eat right but being a mother and working alot of doubles at work I have to make the time and only keep healthy thing to eat in my house. I also drink alot of cokes and sweet tea. I am from Ar and that is what I was raised on is sweet tea. Heck our Sonic's sell sweet tea!! I am off every Monday so I am going to join a workout class at the YMCA (where we have a membership to) so I have someone to workout with. I know I have lost alot of my strenght over the past 2 years. I can feel it when I use to be able to lift certain things without a problem and now it is hard for me. That is the part that sucks the most.



I want to build more muscel and tone up and burn fat.

Well- thx for sharing about the "stuff"... obviously that is going to raise concerns w/ pretty much anyone who has seen what happens when a girl starts on somethign a guy recommends - sorry but its just so flippin common and then they can't figure out why they are getting sick, getting acne, period is stopped, water bloat, etc. So that just raises the alarms and we try to help you get as much info as possible but also encourage you (women) to have enough respect for their bodies that they don't just blindly trust these guys (regardless of their supposed expertise).

I will highly encourage you to at least make him write down & email to you whatever is in that stuff or have him help you do some more research on it so you aren't flying blind. Not knowing what it is, here are some of the things you can expect from most any AAS (again no guarantees you will or won't experience these, degree of experience or anything else - just common sides):

- acne
- possibly mood swings
- interrupted menstrual cycle (no this doesn't mean you can't get pregnant while its not 'flowining' and can still experience the cramping and the other usual stuff) - research amenorrhea)
- hair loss (hair falls out)
- voice cracking or deepening
- increased facial hair
- enlarged clitoris --- this is related to the DHT (recall discussions about male pattern baldness) in the AAS which is what affects external genitalia growth -- this is why you don't want to be pregnant while cycling -- genitalia-affecting birth defects. This is also where you get the increase in 'sex drive' and sensitivity as well. Normally recedes once the AAS is out of your system (ref: steroid half life) but with heavy use or continued use, may not (ref: Denise Mossino)
- water bloat / retention
- strength increase
- faster / better recovery

So some good, some bad sides - all are variable w/ each person.

Taking anything to support your body while you have this stuff in you? Various supplements to help your body shuttle out the extra by-products? If you are adding the additional stress on your body that this stuff will introduce, you should also provide your body the support it needs to help handle it more efficiently. Consider this - if you are putting this stuff in your body but not cleaning up your diet 100%, that's just that much more stress on your system trying to metabolize processed foods. All the sugar drinks youare consuming --> suger = cortisol = buzz / crash effect. Also not good for establishing an efficient metabolism.

So I guess part of my rant is about knowing what you are putting in your body so you can know what to expect and how to support it. The second part is because you are putting a stress on your system that it isn't designed to really handle (meaning your free test levels are going to sky rocket and that is a new sensation for your body), you are both limiting the quality of the results of the cycle as well as making it that much harder on your body if you dont' do everything possible to support your body while it is dealing w/ the steroids. Sure, go ahead and do whatever you want to do as far as taking stuff, but respect your body enough to do the whole program - if your diet sucks then don't be cycling until you get the diet & trainign already solid. How do you know this 'bigger stomach' you are getting apparently from larger muscles isn't just water bloat from whatever steroid you are taking? Lots of girls look to a steroid to 'lean them out & cut them up' and they justify it by saying "this figure girl at my gym takes it and she's ripped" -- but they also probably have no idea how much diet & training and cardio goes into competition prep so the expectations are incredibly misguided as to how important diet & training are. I cut down to 7% bf for competition and 80% of it is done w/ modifying my diet and macro ratios every 3 days and 2 cardio sessions per day. I've been lifting for 25 yrs, but its the diet & extra cardio that make the difference.

Also at your listed height & weight, it sounds rather like you just need to clean up the diet & just get back into the gym. Conditioning & consistent diet will do wonders for you. W/ all the sugar shit you drink and irregular eating schedule your body can't possibly function efficiently. Just drinking more water, cut out the sugar and pack food so you have everything you need throughout the day and an honest 3-4 weeks of making sure you eat on schedule will do amazing things for you. Since I don't know what the steroid stuff is, I would tell you to watch for bloating and stuff like that -- many of the harsher steroids can actually get you 'big' when you wanted 'lean'. Again, a reason why its important to know what it is you are taking. You can cut or bulk on any drug - because it is only enhancing whatever it is you are fueling for. If you aren't specifically fueling for anything then you can probably expect to gain some extra mass maybe you didn't want.

.... just trying to raise the issues so you can be sure to put together a solid program that supports your goals and what you are intending the stuff to do for you.

Hey, I'm a newbie as of yesterday, and am thrilled to be here! I'm a personal trainer and fitness instructor originally from southern California via Texas to upstate NY. I was a competitive bodybuilder in 1995-96 but had to quit because of health issues, but try to stay as ripped as I can. I'm also a totally hardcore tanner, which I learned from my competing days and have never stopped doing. I can't wait to find out more about how to get as shredded as I can and to share training ideas with you all!
