Just droppin in to say HI!! Can't wait for those pictures, but with that said, you are doing great with the diet and workouts. :) How have you been feeling the past week?

I love Leg day, used to hate it, just because i wasnt strong. But legs are impiortant, and im so damn happy that you do them. I do them like you do, when they arent sorre no more and whne they fit into the schedule.

Keep up the good work.

Hey there!! I am kind of pissy, actually.... Haven't had my coffee yet, my boobs are looking tinsey-tiny in my bathing suits... What else? My back is breaking out in pimples around my bra line/sports bra outline because of all the cardio and sweating I'm doing and I'm not used to stuff like this and it is making me feel ugly!!! I'm looking at everyone else's pictures here and I feel like my after's look like y'all's befores- ugh. And it's raining outside. The only positive is that despite the rain- I'm having a good hair day. :(

Legs again tonight!!!!! I did shoulders and triceps last night, but didn't really have anyone around to spot me to I stayed a little lighter when I benched....

SHOULDER SUPERSET-
Dumbbell straight arm side raise #8 x 12, #10 x 10, #10 x 10
Into a sitting dumbbell shoulder press #17.5 x 12, 20 x12, 22.5 x12

SHOULDER SUPERSET-
Cable pull-up, close grip #30 x 10, 35 x 12, 45 x 12
Into a dumbbell straight arm front raise. First two sets together, last set alternating. Those eight-pounders got freakin heavy!! #8 x 10 (x 3).

TRICEPS-

Close grip bench press
#55 x 16, #65 x 14, #75 x 14

Cable push downs, drop set of 10 reps on each weight, two sets
80 lbs, 50 lbs, 30 lbs

One arm cable pull down (with a real big squuuuueeeze at the bottom)
#15 x 12 reps for three sets

It's raining where I am too, and it certainly does put you in a foul mood, lol.

2 suggestions.....don't worry about the boobs, if you want my opinion, for one I am sure they look fine, and also I can speak for myself and I know a lot of guys share this opinion, I like an athletic looking woman and never went for the oversized boobs. But it comes down to you being happy with you in the end, but just wanted to give my opinion.

About the breaking out, that is so common. It helps to shower immediately after working out, if you don't shower and change for a few hours after you workout it can cause you to break out with all of the bacteria from the sweat having a nice place to fester in those workout clothes. Also, tanning does wonders for that too.

Also, pics better be up on 5/28, lol.
 
No cardio this morning~

7 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• two slices ezekial bread (or however the heck you spell it!)
• whey p. shake with 6 oz skim

10:00 A.M.
Meal # 2 :
• 3 egg whites
• walnuts

1:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• can tuna
• green beans & salad greens
• lite dressing

4:30 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• 4-6 oz turkey
• apple

WORKOUT - LEGS!!

7 or 8 P.M. -
Meal # 5 :
• 5 oz chicken
• cauliflower, maybe mashed with some parm. cheese and bacon bits
• 1/3 cup brown rice

9 or 10 P.M. -
Meal # 6 :
• cottage cheese or a shake or some anpb if I'm hungry
