That will be a lot of fun!!!! I went on a 7 days one last year out of Miami and we all had a blast. I miss the Calypso music... "Salt, Salt, Salt...."

Weeeell, I decided to have Chinese food on Sunday night. I was soooo bloated yesterday and I feel like I am STILL holding some water. So no pictures until this weekend when I am back to normal. I will also be at the IFBB Men's Pro Show this weekend, so I can hopefully get some decent pictures with the big guys!!! :qt:

My thoughts are this Sunday. I'm going to load them into my yahoo like FBC does from my dad's house (he has cable, better than my dsl).

i was soooo uncomfortably bloated- yeck! back to business is right. 60 to 90 mins of cardio at least 4x/week for the next two weeks!
 
Happy hump! Had a fabulous chest & ab workout with trainer last night. Legs tonight, then back and biceps on Thursday. I will post the details of my workouts tomorrow (book in truck right now)

7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• whey p. shake with ice and 6 oz skim milk
• two slices ezekial bread w/low fat cream cheese

10:30 A.M.
Meal # 2 :
• shrimp cocktail (made with salad shrimp, heinz low sugar ketchup and lotsa horseradish)

1:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• can tuna
• green beans & salad greens
• lite dressing

4:30 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• cottage cheese (1/2 c)
• med apple

WORKOUT- LEGS & MORE CARDIO

7 or 8 P.M. -
Meal # 5 :
• 5-8 oz chicken
• veggies
• 1/4 or 1/3 cup carbs - rice or oats
 
Just checking in. The new job is grueling - craaaazy. Not much time to stop in and say hello. I can say that I'm looking and feeling great, with ten days until we depart! Hope you have a fab friday!! And a great weekend!
