• whey p. shake with ice and water - no milk in fridge!
10:30 A.M.
Meal # 2 :
• celery
• 3-4 oz turkey
1:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• 4 oz steak- london broil
• green beans & salad greens
• lite dressing
4:30 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• cottage cheese (1/2 c)
• apple (small)
7 or 8 P.M. -
Meal # 5 :
• 5 oz white fish
• home-made shrimp scampi w/ maybe a bit of rice
• veggies
