LMAO! I can honestly say I've not done one such puzzle and have never even touched a Soduku. Its all either been making long-winded responses or smart ass comments on EF or watching "Trading Spaces" reruns all day ;)

You just make me laugh! I see you have achore cleaning out the closet! It's great to have an illusion in life! NOW tell me about your carbs/closely watched, and shrinking...
I shrink if I eat less protein..gain fat% if I eat more carbs..sound right?

Gonna depend on your activity level. If you cut back on your protein levels but maintain the same activity level probably expect some muscle mass to be lost. That's sort of part of my goal. "Shrink".

Right now I'm in between everything - no idea my work schedule, how busy, travel, etc. I have little or no appetite, I can't lift much of anything because I want to give all my joints, etc a little time off cuz something always gets strained if I do anything --- so just cardio. No idea what I will change up. Just right now - no appetite, cardio only, don't really give a shit about 'building muscle' and I have plenty already. If cut everything back proportionally food-wise but keep the activity level going, you can lose some size - fat & muscle.
 
Another nite of cardio ---

Treadmill: 30 min - alt 5 min speed walk + run
Stepper: 10 min
Recumbant bike: 10 min (got bored real fast....)

Abs:
- fitball: lower abs + upper abs - 20 + 20 x 3
- cable ab pulldowns: 100/20 x 2 .. obliques: 100/20

It'd be even better if someone had come & finished up cleaning my bedroom before I got home from the gym...
