WW's New Log - Counting down to the Cruise

Aw, thanks girls! Glad to know that bragging rights are allowed here!! This is my first dose, and I guess I'm getting giddy because there has been much talk of engagement rings lately.

FBC - yes, patience is a virtue AND GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT!

IP - How are ya today?? Trainer did kick my butt last night - I have soreness in my triceps BIG TIME today.

Legs tonight (carb up day!!).
 
THURSDAY, CARB'ING UP!

7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• 2 slices low carb bread
• 1 teaspoon almond butter
• whey p. shake with skim milk

11:00 A.M.-
Meal # 2 :
• 4 oz turkey breast
• bell pepper slices

2 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• salad greens, pepper & cucumber
• 6 oz can of tuna
• 2 dark chocolate hershey kisses

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• medium sized apple
• 1/3 c. cottage cheese

WORKOUT, LEGS!

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• 5 oz chicken breast
• green beans
• 1/2 cup brown rice
• maybe another apple

He is the same one who packs my lunch in the AM as I make our protein shakes, the same one who took out the garbage today, the same one who had dinner on the table when I got home from the gym last night, who has great great eyes & smile, who spots me on chest and leg days, who encourages me and notices changes in my body even when he sees me day in/day out, who himself has a 6'4 linebacker build, and the same one who everyday, tells me he loves my booty!

Ok - I'm done - Just need to bring out the bragging rights on occasion!! :verygood:

haaa - there are, in fact, HUMAN models out there, though I think that they only come in the limited edition! :verygood: :lmao:

I did enjoy my carbs. Ha- The brown rice tasted SO good!

Legs - for me - are brutal!!

Taking your log as inspiration, I went to our local stadium last night. It has a quarter mile track.

Lap 1 - walk
Laps 2 thru 5 - sprinted the straights, walked the turns
Lap 6 - walk

Doing stairs (bleachers) next time too!
 
Cardio rocked this AM!!

20 mins precor stationary bike
- random program
- heart rate steady 130-135

25 minutes precor elliptical, alternating-
- TWO MINUTES interval w/resistance @ 16, incline at 12 (HR 160-165)
- TWO MINUTES recovery w/resistance @ 8, incline at 6 (HR 130-140)

Going back tonight for back & abs I think.

6 AM CARDIO BREEZE

7:30 A.M. –

• 1 glucorell (7:15)
• 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs in a low carb (100 calorie) wrap
• whey p. shake with water/ice

10:30 A.M.-
Meal # 2 :
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• salad greens
• 5 oz chix breast
• parm cheese

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• green beans

BACK TO THE GYM!

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• Dinner out, at the steak house
