Oh, I didn't. I actually requested a 11 AM morning break (too much coffee and water, along with some hunger pangs), so I got to eat! And I sent everyone to lunch from 12:45-1:45, so my lunch landed about 2.5 hours after meal #2.

CARB CYCLING _ LOW CARB DAY #3

6 AM CARDIO BREEZE
• 20 mins precor stationary bike, alternating 6 and 12 resistance, steady around 75 rpms
• 25 min walk on treadmill, random inclines @ 3.8-4.2 mph

7:30 A.M. –
Meal # 1 :
• 1 glucorell (7:15)
• 1/3 c. melon
• whey p. shake with 8 oz skim milk

11:00 A.M.-
Meal # 2 :
• 4 oz turkey breast
• celery
• 2 egg whites

2 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• salad greens, pepper & cucumber & onion & sunflower seeds
• 5 oz chix breast

5 P.M. –
Meal # 4 :
• whey protein shake, probably

SHOPPING SESSION! <good ol' retail therapy>

7 or 8 P.M.
Meal # 5 -
• lean ground sirloin, 5-8 oz
• green beans and/or salad greens
 
george foreman grill finally died, so I bought a new one - a generic branded one (hamilton beach?) at target.

it's bigger, and has removable grills you can throw in the dishwasher. also totally opens up (flat) so you can actually open-grill on it. go ahead and laugh, but i was pretty dang excited to use it last night!

training went well today - nervous and excited to transition @ work.

training session was AWESOME last night - we worked shoulders and triceps.

- supersets killed me!!
front barbell raises 8 x 12, 10 x 10, 8 x 12
barbell shoulder press 20 x 10, 25 x 12, 27.5 x 10

- rocked the drop sets cable push-downs!! 2 sets, 10 reps at each 80, 50, 30

I can't tell you - They are hard to find and I'm holding on to this one!

He is the same one who packs my lunch in the AM as I make our protein shakes, the same one who took out the garbage today, the same one who had dinner on the table when I got home from the gym last night, who has great great eyes & smile, who spots me on chest and leg days, who encourages me and notices changes in my body even when he sees me day in/day out, who himself has a 6'4 linebacker build, and the same one who everyday, tells me he loves my booty!

Ok - I'm done - Just need to bring out the bragging rights on occasion!! :verygood:

Bragging rights are ALWAYS allowed!! :verygood: I have done my share of of it as well!! heehee :heart:

FBC - you will find one of your own - patience....it is a virtue!! ;)

I am so happy to hear that you were able to take breaks and eat yesterday durning your training - you ROCK!! It looks like the trainer kicked your butt last night - GO HIM! How are you feeling this morning...?

By the way - that grill sounds awesome!! I may have to check it out when I get to a target next!!
