I've been thinking of changing my routine in awhile, but can it be effective to do WSB style training without using bands or chains? Or should I just stick to something else? Ive done 5x5 etc in the past, and liked them, but I really like the ME/DE style behind WSB.
What do the experts think? Would I be just spinnin my wheels doin it half-assed?
