Mine is chest, I have big delts and a mediocre chest, so I obviously press with my delts more than my chest

Trying to use pre-exhaust before doing incline DB, its working but the damn thing is taking forever to grow

I look great from the front but from the side I look like shit, my delts and back overpower my chest totally

as I said, its working but slooooooooooooooooooooooowly

I WANT A BIG POWERFUL CHEST !!

I am going to try Incline Barbell again tomorrow and adjust the bench to the lowest angle now that it is finally adjustable

so what about you?
 
My weakest area used to be my arms, so I decided to specialize in them for a while. What I did was have a day a week where I hit arms on their own, hard and heavy, but then I started doing lighter faster work for them on back day and chest day, so in the end they were getting hit twice a week.
They really responded to this and are now a strong area
 
Why the hell are you doing inclines if your delts are overpowering your pecs? You should be doing flat, declines, and dips; and avoiding incline movements.
 
I have tried working solely with flat bench and it works, no doubt about that, however it only seems to work with the lower half of my chest leaving the upper area which looks even worse

i am trying to develop my chest overall,and from what i have read in the archives, the opinion is that incline on a SHALLOW INCLINE works the whole chest equally

flat does not seem to do this

if you want to criticise this, do it, i want as much criticism as possible because nothing is working right now, everything is growing great but my damn chest

so your saying i should quit the inclines and hit the flat, decline and dips? what about flies etc and pre-exhaust?
 
My worst bodypart was quads.I focused on primarily front squats and occasionally barbell lunges.I alternated between 4 weeks of strength development with 4 weeks of mass development.For strength, I'd use wave training.For mass, I'd use descending sets.This worked out great for me.
 
My legs have really grown over the last 10 years. I still have a long ways to go. Only bad part is I become a slower runner as my legs get bigger.
 
Liberator, I went from a saggy looking chest to a pretty fully developed upper one, I credit my upper chest growth to heavy dumbell flyes done with good form.

when i do pre-exhaust, i have to use less weight, my chest feels worked but the growth is alot slower, its like i am getting quality muscle but not mass, i want mass

When I do flat first, it feels great, i see the most mass gain also, but it only seems to be in the lower area even though my whole chest feels worked after doing flat. even Arnold said that flat does not give your chest that full look. should i just be concentrating on my strongest exercise anyway.

how about this?
I will stick with this for three months

FLAT BARBELL 3x6-8
INCLINE FLYES 2x6-8
INCLINE DB 3x6-10
DIPS 2xFailure

or this:

FLAT BARBELL 3x6-8

what do you think? or should I do heavy incline flyes first?

You second routine looks very close to mine except I do heavy 5's for my first exercises
I like db press before flyes myself, but switching every month would work great
 
Squats have helped my butt. Girls smile at me now sometimes if the clothes aren't too loose. Fine line between too tight and a good fit.
I still say flys hit the chest very well. My pecs used to be so big I could hardly run because they bounced so much. Go it from flys.
