So i been training pretty hard to lose weight, but I was stuck at the 236 for a few weeks and I thought I was overworking myself so I decided to take a break. I didn't work out for 4 days, but I started to get to get sick right as I started to get back into my routine. I was just beginning to get a cold when i worked out on a tuesday and then on Wednesday i was felt like complete crap so I decided not to work out until i felt better. today i checked the scale and i weighed 244 and i really just dont get it. i'm not sure how it could be that i was busting my ass off for 3 weeks and couldnt drop even a single pound but when i dont work out for over a week and eat like crap (i really some pretty unhealthy foods) and i see a 2 lb loss.
