Why do people take such high dose of juice????? MUST READ!!!!

Blue steel thats some legit progress and my hat is off to you. No doubt people in their 20s know how to diet and train hard, Im not knocking any of that...or Id be knocking myself too as I was training since 6th grade and been in love with it ever since....

Im just thinking that you could have continued to make progress, since you did know how to diet and may know how to do some appropriate training, over the long haul maybe not as fast without sauce, but you most likely still had a lot of room to progress and continue to improve without AAS...thats all Im saying...it would be hard for anyone to meet their genetic potential and tap it out in their early 20s....still plenty of room to increase knowledge in diet, supplements, training methods, and your hormone cocktail in your late teens and 20s, and your bodys recovery ability, is probably far better than even later in life with high doses of juice..mother nature knows her stuff, I wish I could be off HRT and living with the same hormonal status I had in my 20s! Then Id save up my cash, wait until things slowed down in my 30s, and use all that money to do a high dose Primo and Var cycle with a base of test! :-)

^^ as much as guys in their 20's think they know, they know way more in their 30's. and as much as 30's know, they know more in their 40's.

I do not believe someone in their early 20's can understand truely how their body operates yet. what foods agree or disagree with their chemical balance and what workouts they react best to. doesn't mean someone in their 20's cannot make huge progress, but experience trumps everything. when you live with mommy and daddy, go to college and/or work for 8 bucks an hour its easy to dedicate yourself, but wait till you have domestic responsiblities and/or a business to run where you 'work' 14 hours a day.. it doesn't become so easy anymore. this is where understanding your body and knowing how to utilize that 1 hour of free time to hit the gym pays off. you guys in your 20's will find out what i mean one day trust me. in the mean time keep building knowledge and trying new strategies. you aren't gonna have the ability to sleep in till 1pm or watch mtv every night in another few years. a lot of guys have kids then quit training altogether, i see it all the time.. or they get swamped with their business etc etc. I honestly don't get how someone in their early 20's can afford the supplements, food, juice, pct... I run a good $500-$700 a month on grocery bills and i am a single guy. every trip to whole foods i spend $150 minimum.

I will agree with you that i didnt have to juice so early. But i wanted to be a pro at that time. But since then, ive gotten engaged, and my priorities have changed a little, esoecially since she doesnt work out. So she doesnt understand the nutrition part at all. But thats fine with me bc i love her and were both happy. She gets a "normal" fiancé, and i still get to bodybuild. So i guess it all works out good for both of us

Steve, i dont mean to sound rude, but im engaged and we live on our own. I havent lived with my mom or dad since i was 15. And i work 12hr days, 4-5 days a week. I think i know a lil more about life, than most ppl my age. I get up at 4am to train, work from 630-630, get off, go home, pack food, go to bed and get up to do it all again. My mom and dad pay none of my bills either

Steve, great post... Blue Steel, dont take it personal I do not think he was pointing the finger specifically at you...just a generalization, and Id agree with his generalization but didnt feel he was calling you out...

Blue Steel there is nothing better in life than a good family life, relationships, and balance...so you are in a good place and sounds like you got your stuff together in life and will keep growing and learning as all of us should do ongoing throughout life's journey...

I trained since 6th grade, ive worked in the athletic field for many years, been a competitive athlete at various levels, and despite my life and career revolving around training and nutrition for years...here I am late 30s and still learning about nutrition, supplements, and training....it is kind of never ending...and yea when you get older, you get more stuff going on, you have more nagging injuries or less recovery ability, when real life piles up it makes you have to be even smarter with training...

Looking back on my younger years, wow I did a lot of stupid things at the time I thought were legit...and I hope in 10 years from now I look back and chuckle about things Im doing now, and that ive found better ways to do them....

For me at this point, toying with AAS blasts in addition to HRT is pure curiousity and fun....I bet if I would have tried them earlier in my life I would have abused them in some fashion or not gone about it the right way...Im glad I waited until my late 30s to try anything, and now since Im a chicken and do have lots of life responsibilities, and have had health issues and many injuries, Im doing it all in moderation and probably wiser than I would have been in my younger days...

Lots of good into on this board, lots of fantastic people...I think everyone is on the same team, so hopefully none of us take anything personal...laugh it off, its the holidays lots to be thankful for!

I dont wanna boast either Steve, but i make pretty good money for a 24 yr old with just a high school diploma

I dropped out of college myself and was making good bank at 19 working on a trading floor, i could of afforded to juice and all that stuff, just wasn't a priority.

i'm not pointing the finger at you at all. i'm just making a general statement that in another 10 years if you keep at it you will look back and realize you gained a lot of knowledge... I'm in my early 30's and boy have I learned a lot the past decade about my body and how it reacts to training/nutrition.

I am a spoiled fart when it comes to food. I eat 95% organic and i drink just ionized mineral water. it is definately a pricey lifestyle and I'm saying a lot of guys in their early 20's cannot afford to eat like that much less the supps and juice. I am a judge for weightlifting competitions and know first hand that guys in their late teens and early 20's do not have their nutrition and diets in check to no fault of their own. when i was in high school i could only afford fast food or the trash they sold at school. you don't see kids going to whole foods and dropping 150 bucks on organic meats and grains for a reason, this is what i do every saturday.. that adds up to 600 a month alone. and also i buy random things from the supermarket throughout the week mostly produce which is way cheaper, thats another 200 bucks easy a month. so you see there is no way a young dude can afford that, that is my point.

More juice equals more gains but it isn't exponentially. In other words, if 500 mgs makes you gain 10 pounds, 1000 mgs will not make you gain 20 pounds.

And to be honest, most people use about 1/4th of a steroids potential. They don't know how to train. They don't eat right. They don;t use the right supplements. So sure, they need two grams to get the same results someone who knows what he's doing can get with 500 mgs.

I love it when you ask some one " Exactly how many calories in a day do you eat, and where do all of the calories come from" and they say... IDK but I know I eat a lot... LMFAO& finding out he's only been eating 2200-2800 calories a day...

Lot of people going to benefit from the new N2bulk .. If you just added 3-4 Servings of this a day boom you got all the food fuel needed to build muscle.. Add steroids and forget about it..

Ok, i get where you were tryin to go with that post Steve. Im sorry for taking it personally. Its just bc most people in their 30's and older would look at me as just another punk kid, not willing to listen, and whos parents take care of him. Ive worked very hard to be where im at, and youre right about the organic foods. I spend about $300 a month on food, and i live off of

Protein Sources:

Whey Protein
Chicken
Eggs
Tuna
Turkey

Carbs:
Sweet Potatoes
Oatmeal
Whole Wheat Bread
Jelly(PB&J sandwiches)
Mini Wheat Cereal

Fats:
Peanut Butter

Lol i know its pretty bland as far as choices, but hey, id rather eat these foods and have my own place, than to eat expensive food and live at home

^^^ yeah i know what you mean.. i was the same way, don't worry about what people say.. just do your thing and live a modest life. its so easy to get caught up in the bs of trying to impress your peers with your pocketbook, house, car, or muscles when you are young. really at the end of the day the only person who you should impress is YOU and surrounding yourself with positive people who support your goals.
