very good call, as satan sugars ALWAYS go to replacing liver glycogen before muscle stores, partitioning those carbs into the muscle tissue and avoiding any/most of the associated insulin reaction will DEFINITELY keep you feeling and looking fuller, asside from the obvious training benefits.


Remember: the liver is the body's second largest organ, and can account for a massive fluctuation in water weight based upon its levels of stored glycogen...
 
Myself, I can weigh myself before bed, and after i wake up and i'll be 2 pounds lighter. Sometimes a little less or more, depending on how long i sleep.
