Hay guys, just thought I would share some input with you....Just like many of you I hated cardio untill about 2 months ago. For all of you that use the treadmill in a gym or any of the cardio equipment you will not last...It is boring as shit!!!....My advice to you is TAKE UP DIFFERENT SPORTS>>.

for example, 1 day i'll go running, another day i'll go roller blading, another day I will go kayaking (i live 1 minute from the bay), next day mountain biking, and then play a game of tennis or something......

VARIETY IS KEY!!!
 
this is kinda how i do my cardio, and it seems to work, if you dont mix it up it will begin to seem like a chore to you rather than pleasure in your off time
 
I completely agree with you.

For me: mtbking, basketball, wind sprints, jogging, hiking, even playing ball with the kids. The only time I do treadmill is during bad weather.

i agree...although i like to do things like raquetball, etc. i cant when i am getting ready for a show. those type of things are way to high impact for me while on a restricted diet. i guess nothing works for everyone.
