Whats your favorite carb-up foods?

A fat-free cheesecake would be made with the same ingredients as a regular cheesecake - only with fat-free dairy products like fat-free cream cheese, ricotta, and sour cream. For a bit of added fat (and therefore flavor), I guess one could use Neufchatel cheese instead of fat-free cream cheese. The texture isn't an issue as long as you bake the cheesecake in a springform pan in a water bath - doing this always makes it come out perfect.

The cardio is beckoning right now, but when I get back, I'll post a recipe...

Rease's Peanut Butter Crunch
Fruity Pebbles
Healthy Choice Blueberry Waffles

I thin I'm going to get those waffles, and some sugar free non fat Ben & Jerry's ice cream and make waffles sandwiches...nice hot waffles with cold icecream! God it's amazing what you fantasize about when you hardly eat any carbs during the week! My fiance said she's never seen anybody get so excited about food like me...LOL

I have Godiva.com bookmarked for this reason. :p

I read on here that an easy way to tell if you have low leptin levels, is when food is more interesting than sex.

Anybody still want that cheesecake recipe, or did Mr. X cover it?
