Whats your favorite carb-up foods?

Whats your favorite low fat carb-up foods? On my refeed day I've been eating a lot of cold cerial and skim milk (Captain Crunch, Fruitloops), also been hitting up the sushi bar, and later in the day a bunch of oatmeal.

Had cravings for fat free hotdogs with white Wonder buns and fat free cheese for this Sunday...however those fat free hot dogs have like 600mg sodium per link. :eek2: ...and to think I was going to down like 5 of them with all that nice white bread, fat free cheese, and maybe some low fat baked beens :p:p LOL

Just looking for some ideas on some low fat high and low GI carb up foods.
 
I was thinking about hitting up some rice and beans (fiance makes it) this Sunday...that would be low-GI right?
 
Pancakes, an egg white omelet and skim milk

Winnie the poo cereal.....taste friggin good dont laugh, high gi too

sweet tarts/spree

Fruit loops,apple jacks,rice chex

Bagels w/ fat free cream cheese

Pasta w/ some low fat chicken in it

Fatfree cheese on white bread,maybe some turkey.....grill it w/ tomato soup!

Dextrose/maltodextrin w/ whey and casein post depletion workout

no fat yogurt

and my fav.......FAT FREE ICE CREAM....not ideal but I gotta live a little.
 
Nonfat and lowfat frozen yogurt, lowfat Knudsen cottage cheese, unsalted oat pretzels, tofu hot dogs, dry Lucky Charms cereal, and Premier 8 or Detour protein bars.

I'm finding that I do a lot better workout and bloat-wise with one or two hour-long carb-ups per week, just shoveling all of the above into my mouth as fast as I can, than I was previously with a day-long carb up once every 10 days, with more structured meals. Go fig.

CEREAL...FAT-FREE cheese cake...YES THERE IS SUCH A THING IF HOMEMADE

I have hotdogs w/ fat-free sausages

I also tried those Healthy Choice french bread pizza's, 58g carbs, 20g protein, 5g fat. Really no big deal, I thought it was very dry tasting...need to find a good recipe for homemade lowfat pizza.
