30 years old, 215 lbs, 6 ft. Been working out since I was 16 3-5 days a week. I'm still active in sports like BJJ, MMA, basketball, motorcross and basically I workout to get better at those and to look good naked. I've only taken the standard supplements whey, multi, efa's, and creatine. Whats next for me? I have a good hook up on test E and i've considered it, but wanna know if there is something else before I jump to the AAS. Thanks in advance.
