What Type of Cardio can you Do without having to leave tha House?

i'm guessing your not an ex-marine..

try..

sun gods, eight count bodybuilders, jumping jacks (i forgot the jarhead term for them), monkey fuckers (i forgot the real name of those too), push-ups, running in place.. etc etc.
 
I boxed for a year and a half and i great cardio on shadow boxing. Just pop in music and you will be there a while (in a zone)
 
Try a couple of minutes of squat thrusts. For those that don't know, you start at a standing postion, squat down and put your hands on the floor. Now kick both legs back (you should now be in a push up postion) and now kick back up to the starting position by your hands and now stand up...That's one. Repeat. Do these at a pretty fast pace, and hopefully you don't pass out in five minutes.
 
Punching Bags .....cheap easy to do. I know you said no skipping but I recommend having a stopwatch . 5 minuets skipping , 5 minuets continual punching on the bag , 5 minuets shadow boxing. I used to go through that circuit maybe 3 times through each day sometimes 4 or 5.
