What do you eat while ON.

Lots of costco goods ,tuna,bagles ,chicken,frozen veg,
turkey,pasta,meatballs in pasta ,cheese ,jerky,nuts,milk,
eggs, aussie bites,i love costco .

Breakfast: 3/4 cup oatmeal w/3 packets of Splenda and lots of cinnamon
1 scoop ON Whey G.S. and 1 scoop Syntha 6

Mid A.M. : VPX Zero Impact bar
1 scoop ON Whey G.S.

Lunch : 16 ounces Sirloin steak
1 Baked potato w/I.C.B.I.N.B. spray and fat free cheese
1/2 bunch fresh asparagus

Mid A.N. : 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 2 pkts. Splenda and cinnamon
1 scoop O.N. Whey G.S./1 scoop Syntha 6

P.W.O. 2 scoops of Anator P70 w/2 Tbsp of AST's DGC

8:00pm : 16 ounces of sirloin steak
Caesar salad


How many calories is that?!

This is the diet that got me gaining again. I was grossly under-eating before.
