What do you eat while ON.

My diet is primarily

#1 (breakfast)
2 scoops ISOpure zero carb
Natty peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat or nonfat yogurt and some fruit

#2 (snack)
almonds or fruitcup

#3 (lunch)
low salt turkey extra meat on whole wheat or brow rice with grilled chicken and some green veggies


#4 (pre workout)
1 packet low sugar oatmeal....natty peanut butter and jelly on 1 slice whole grain bread.

#5 (post workout)
1 1/2 scoops ISOpure zero carb with 66 grams of dextrose added.

#6 (dinner)
roasted chicken and brown rice or baked/sweet potato and green veggies
sometimes other meat instead or sushi
 
wrong section, but you've got to eat a lot more than that if you want to get big. but then again, im not sure what your goals are, but it looks like ur cutting. eat mo protein.
 
I am 5'9 180 13% BF....I only want lean gains...i need the abs and i wanna be cut this cycle...im sure ill eat alot more once the EQ kicks in =)
 
Im not really asking for anyones advice on my protein intake or calories...im simply asking WHAT YOU eat and your GOALS

There just trying to help you because you said you want "lean gains" if you want any type of gains at all you will need to eat more than that
 
I started eating a little more than I normally do when I started my cycle...and found myself LOSING weight. Now I am eating everything in site and I'm on a slow build. Oh...and I've gone from 14% to 10.8% while doing it.

Now I need to eat MORE too!
 
I eat at least twice that much and a little more frequently. I also eat in the middle of the night - usually a bowl of cereal w/ a scoop of protien powder in it. I love organic shreadded mini-wheats!

Have you plugged that into fitday.com ? If not I think you should as it looks like about 2500 cals. While 'on' or 'off' (hell, especially when off) I try to eat 500-750 cals above maintence (taking workload into account of course)
