Anybody who wants to join may. Must post pic, height, weight, date you started diet, What your plan is to get in shape, and anything else you want to add. There won't be a prize or anything just a way to motivate each other.
I started my program 01/02/14
I'm doing the Gary Taubes diet and 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, and basic high rep weights. Well start HIIT in a few weeks.
I started at 245, 6 foot.
Feeling super motivated to lose all this weight! Let's see what we can do here guys!
