Week 1 SGX results(for those that care)

I must say i'm pretty happy with the diet so far. I haven't even followed it to a "T" so-to-speak, but i have been pretty strict with it. I even missed out on a couple of my cardio days:o . For those that are thinking about starting his program, i definitly recomend starting it. I'm not saying this is some secret, magical program or anything, it's just an alternative. Personally i have plans on doing "phases".

Here is how i have it planned:

Phase 1 (8 weeks): Swolegenix
Phase 2 (5 weeks): Straight Keto(no-carb ups'):(
Phase 3 (8 weeks): Slowly introduce carbs back into diet(working my way up to 100g/day by week 6)


anyways, here are the results.....

Beginning of SGX:
5'11
220lbs
38 1/2 inch waist-line

End of Week 1:
5'11
212lbs
37 inch waist-line

I'm sure a a lot of it is water weight. I don't really care about how much I weight, I just watch the waist-line ;) .

I also decided not to follow swole's workout routine. I decided to go with a workout I came up with.

Here it is:

Mon- AM: Cardio/abs
PM: Back/Biceps(Back emphasis)

Tue- AM: Cardio/Calves
PM: Chest/triceps/shoulders(Chest emphasis)

Wed- AM: Cardio/abs
PM: Legs

Thur- AM: Cardio/ calves
PM: Back/Biceps(Bicep emphasis)

Fri- Am: Cardio/abs
PM: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders(Tricep emphasis)

Sat- AM: Cardio

Sun- AM: Cardio


Once i start phase two, i will be tone down the volume/frequency of my workouts.

I'm taking NYC+/ALA.

So far i'm pretty happy with the NYC+, this was my first time using it. I'm usually loyal to go old Xenadrine RFA-1, but after reading threads about it, i decided to take the plunge:p

LOL, no that's alright. It's gets pretty nasty. I'd rather have it be a positive, "informational" thread :p

yeah but you have to admit its fun to watch ppl throw abuse at each other for a bit, well b4 it gets serious!

Your first week results are great! Keep up your good job on Swole's diet.
