Ya EXACTLY.
You would have true talent if you can look at a restaurant portion and tell me even an estimate of how many calories it has.
For example a 6 oz chicken breast you make may have 200 calories, a 6 oz chicken breast in a restaurant can easily have 400-500...
It's not a big deal, I'm just saying its truly pointless to try to stay in calorie range on a vacation, just eat and have fun. Just relax, and enjoy and enduldge in things you don't normally eat.
Don't worry about having protein/good carb/veggies, have ice cream, have all you can eat buffets, have more ice cream, have lots to drink and enjoy life for once
