so I leave tommorow for a long (9day) vacation with a large group of family. I'm not really all that concerned about it, and am looking forward to the break in training (if there isn't a gym in our facility ) and a little break from dieting..
my question is..do you guys just let loose on vacation or do you still eat as healthy as possible? I figure I'm gonna let loose a little but try and stick to the lean meats and steamed veggies for the dinner outtings
