I am very pleased with how far I have truly come, that's why this log is so important it had helped keep track of everything and the photos show it, I also feel I am in a much better place physically.

One nice positive above with the shirtless photo I took today for my original log post update, I am noticing my top abs shaping up and coming in which I didn't have before, so a small victory this week.
