u guys find yourself training harder during certian seasons?

i dunno what it is but in terms of lifting i always get better lifts around winter time, maybe b/c they'res less shit to do and it gets too cold to do anything that requires outdoors
 
In the past, yes. Basically, I used wintertime as an excuse to put on wieght. I never slipped in the gym, but my diet pretty much went to hell. I'm trying to do things differently this year and actually try to cut/diet through the end of the year. And it is tough.

But in general, yeah. I think the change of seasons affects people, positively and negatively.
 
It kinda goes along with the Rainy day/ Sunny day theory. If it is rainy outside, you generally will want to sleep, and you sleep better than if it was sunny outside. Winter can be a "Rainy day" season... makes you want to stay in and not give a shit about doing anything but sitting around and eating bond bonds. But when it is Spring/Summer or "Sunny day" then you feel like getting something accomplished. Plus in the winter you do not have to show skin as much... unless competing.
