A great Whey Protein, tastes good, and costs $22. I recommend it, 2-3 shakes a day. Not bad, helps push you to the amount of protein you want.

By the way I was curious, maybe you can help me Corn...
Squats and Deads... They both feel like they're generally doing the same thing. Well, full squats, and deads. Quads feel burned, and I hold the dumbbells in front of me (mixed grip) as I squat down. But I feel it in my back ALOT (twas really sore an hour later). So what's the difference with these two? Is it maybe because I should use a bar and hold it on my shoulders when I do squats?

yeah - go with the bb for the squats - work on keeping back totally upright.....deads should reallyhit lower back......do both if you cannn

ell...position the bar slighly away forn the shins to begin the movement - then think push like a squat and trow hips forward...the bar will then contact above the knees

Legion Kreinak > One piece of advice that has really helped me with deads is to think "Stand back" rather than "Stand up" when you lift the bar.
I got that from this board. Really made a big difference for me.
