Apparently Jared lost a ton of weight while eating subway sandwitches everyday. I asked a few employees at different subways and they told me he would exercise and workout along with eating the subs. One employee told me, "if anyone eats the subs and does cardio and lifts, they'll lose weight". I responded by telling her that most of the meats were processed and the bread was loaded with sugar. Which brings me to my question.

How many of you eat Subway?
Do you consider it healthy? If so what do you order?
If i ever take the trip to Subway all i purchase is an oven roasted chicken breast wrap with double meat, no cheese, with veggies and tomatoes. And i'm not even sure if thats healthy. . . .
what do you guys think?

I will pass. If I HAD to eat at Subgay I would treat it as a cheat meal. If you are young and skinny, then it wouldn't be so bad. A double meat chicken wrap sans cheese with veggies isn't that bad in a pinch imo. I know some gas stations around here have Subway's in them and that shit always smells good.

It is possible to eat low calorie and low carb on subway. Especially for people on the move such as myself... cooking dinner just don't happen.

Unfortunately American bread in general is loaded with honey , high fructose corn sweetener and other sugars in general. Subway is not exempt

If I'm on the road that's pretty much my option for a quick meal. 2x chicken breasts, 6" ww bread, no cheese, no toasting, lots of spinach, banana peppers and jalepenos..salt/pepper/oregano/oil/vinegar.. If I have time to sit and eat I tend to pull up to a chicken kitchen/grill type place and ask for lettuce/tomato/2x chicken add a little mustard curry and do that up.. Or any other restaurant where they sell some sort of veggie/salad and grilled meat/poultry/fish.. I have lots of options around me really..time is what I don't have.. and when you stop for 15-20 minutes to eat every 2hrs it really adds up.

Subway is pretty healthy. You can get a lotta healthy stuff from there, if you dnt soak it with a million different sauces....it's not even a cheat meal for me

not the bread though. . . .
if i eat anything from there i get wraps
say no to high fructose corn syrup!

Also flour tortilla wraps are refined wheat which might as well be sugar.
Also I believe most any tortilla product also contains some high fructose corn sweetener or potassium sorbate | potassium bisulfate | potassium metabisulfate as a preservative

Wraps are no more healthy for you then the bread unless they are whole wheat or whole blue corn

i personally think it is one of the better "fast food" meals but it does have its downs sides, the bread being the main one
