I can totally relate to what you just said about crazy eating screwing up everything... still trying to make it over this 'bump' from the 3 ish days of not eating what I 'thought' was healthy or too much at one sitting :chomp:... I'll get over it.

How's the glucorell working out for you? I ordered some and it should be here today or tomorrow. You look awesome in your pics but I know a lot of that is your hard training and diet! I didn't want to take away credit from that!!!!

Thanks lady. Glucorell-r I do like. I only take it with my higher carb meals... on my higher carb days...

Yes... It's been a few days...
I took my body fat this morning it said 15.9%, weight was 140.. I think some of it is even water.
So I took some pics and uploaded them to my gallery if you care to view.
I did high carbs for 3 days... then a low-carb day yesterday, and a low carb day today...and tomorrow. I will also do HIIT tomorrow morning. Boy I didn't feel like it this a.m. Also, I feel a lot less crusty yesterday and today. For those of you who know.. I thought you lost "That time of the month" when you are 14% Body fat or lower? I was very crusty, but nothing....?? Any comments.
