Wow girl! I was checking out your stats for bf and weight and that is awesome!!! Great Job. I started Shadow's plan in Feb and now I can at least know what's in store for me if i stay dedicated the way you have because you look awesome! (gallery) Nice arms!!!! That's my biggest problem on me so I can appreciate some nice and tight arms ;)

Alright kids I'm back.
Rough last few days with the work traveling. No Bally's in Huntsville Alabama, nor did the hotel have a gym! So needless to say I missed two HIIT sessions, ERRrrrrr. So this week I did the two ab work-outs (the superset is killing now!), and all the weights except back which I will do tomorrow, and one HIIT session. I'll do another HIIT session tomorrow.
Food has been so-so. Yesterday and today I've been low-carbing it. The two previous days on my high carb days were 'Real' high carb days.
Another road bump I think I finally have made it over is worrying about one crazy day of eating will screw up everything. I have found after a crazy day of eating I get right back to work and within a few days I'm back to where I was. Most people seem to say ,"screw it... I'm a failure." I really like the new and improved rewiring that has gone on in my head thanks to this website and Shadow!
I also got some compliments from some people that had seen me in Jan, and then saw me this week. They said that I was looking trim, and what was I doing different? It was good to hear.

nah....MAJORLY stressed at work....finished a huge project today and I never got hungry


Yep..I work 20 miles form the Ga/bama border

Yeah I have a few friends from Georgia. They don't live there any more.
I know what you mean by MAJOR project! That's what I have been working on this past week. Big stress thing and it's close to being over. All I have to do is put together a brief and summarize all the results from the study I put togetehr, and held. I had 50 hours in by wed. and I have school all day tomorrow. I'm working the exercise in though despite the intense outside factors!
Today I did shoulders... I just can't seem to up weight on the side lats. My shoulder joints pop and kinda ache so I keep the weight low. What do you think?

the weights will shoot up in 1-2 weeks....trust me for now

Aunt flow starts any time.....
Energy has been good today. I was in a VERY crusty mood yesterday. I decided I needed to up the carbs. I felt a bit better today. Chocolate cravings like MAD!
