I decided to hop on the bandwagon and write up a log too. For the sake of saving space, I will post my first weeks workout, and where I am now in the 4th week, then start posting it daily.

Week 1 - Day 1 -SEPT 19th -
weight - 194.4 first thing, after going to the bathroom.

flat bench - 105x5, 115x5, 135x5, 145x5, 145x5
squats - 105x5, 105x5, 115x5, 115x5, 115x5
rows - 95x5, 95x5, 105x5, 105x5, 105x5

Incline Bench - 95x5, 105x5, 135x5, 135x5

1x3 - 185x3 perfect form, very easy
1x8 - 135x8

1x3 - 205x3 very easy
1x8 - 160x8
Rows 4x5 - 95x5, 105x5, 115x5, 125x5
1x3 - 145x3
1x8 - 115x8
Barbell Curls - 3x10 - 65lb straight bar
Tricep Pushdowns - 3x10 - 100lb straight bar

Height is 5'11, BF% around 15%, mainly because I'm bulking, I'm a very hardgainer, Since the start of the program, I've been taking in 5000-5500 semi clean calories/day. As far as goals, I'm just trying to put on more muscle, I'd like to get up to around 220-225lbs. I'm loving the 5x5 progress so far.
 
Cool man.... we're very close in stats. Keep bustin' ass in the gym & Eating big, you'll hit 220 just fine.

You're not a hardgainer... just didn't eat enough before :chomp:
 
5000-5500 cals is the way to go....never hold yourself back by not eating.

I'm subscribed, you should see lots of gains.

is that you in the avi? cuz if so, you are definitely not a small guy. i'm sure your lifts will continue to blow up in no time!!

Midgets are sweet!!! Yea, that's a current pic of me in the avatar, I feel very small though :( My current stats are 5'11 205lbs, 22 years old. But thank you for the compliment, I'm shooting for 220 by January, we'll see how that goes. I'll be bumping my calories up to 6000 as soon as i hit 210lbs, as I haven't really put on much fat going from 194-205. Thanks for the support also!
 
Week 5 - Day 1 -

Squats - 5x5 - 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 170x5, 190x5
Flat Bench - 5x5 - 125x5, 145x5, 165x5, 185x5, 210x5
Rows - 5x5 - 95x5, 115x5, 125x5, 135x5, 145x5
Underhand Grip Pullups - 2x8 Bodyweight

All lifts went up nice and easy, will progress 10lbs again this week most likely.
