yeah actually. not all but it was kind of a two steps forward, 1 1/2 step back, so no matter what im stronger now than before i did the cycle, plus coming off is awesome because you lose all the shitty water and keep most of the muscle so you look ripped.
 
Yes... Strangely I kept just about all of them- I ate alot during the cycle I think that is primarily why I made some quality gains. But also the PCT I used was Clomid Therapy and I think that helped too. I didn't lose a pound of it... I'm into my second cycle this year now- which I started about five weeks after that d-bol only cycle.

I think dianabol is really effective even at the low dosages I was using. The cycle I'm currently on I used at 30mg ed (mainly because BD makes these 10mg tabs) for the first four weeks.

Yeah, "hung over" is a good way to describe it. Very tired, thirsty, irritable and a bit of a sore throat.

I am planning; week 1-6 30mg D-bol, week 5-8 20mg Winstrol, week 9 30mg Novladex, week 10 + 11 20mg Novladex. (your input would be appreciated as i'm a steroid virgin!)

I must admit i drink a fair bit of coffee especially at work when most tired. Once i get my lazy ass in the gym i'm fine though!!

try 500mgs test weeks 1-10
30mgs dbol week 1-6
.....gotta have that test
 
I am new to this also although I have been training naturally since the late 1980's. I always enjoyed training naturally although I knew about steroids I steered clear because I was enjoying myself. That five weeker I posted was my very first cycle.

Check out the Nolvadex thread here I also posted in it... I think its a few threads down from this one- its relatively new.
 
Hey if you are not running NAC, ALA and Milk Thistle go to your GNC and buy them now! Those vitamins help tremendously during d-bol cycles (do a search on EF boards). They are extremely beneficial and affordable add-ons.
 
My experience has been the stress on the liver from the d-bol is the cause of the lethargy. I would recommend adding milk thistle to your diet. It is good for you. I like taking orals at bedtime. Your liver goes through a natural detox process while you sleep. Taking milk thistle at bedtime will also do a lot of good.

This works for me but I don't suppose this will work for all. I'm starting my 4th week of anadrol and have not felt better.

thats why i switched to anadrol. big difference in my opinion. not as tired anymore.
