TRen is def quick to respond, 3 x days in can feel a difference in my biceps , wife saying my skin smells “metallic”
Some little nipple sensitivity, I upped my P5P dose and it went away within 1/2 a day.
Also took a Nolvadex . Not sure if correct protocol but might take 1 x tab. 2 x per week
Happy for peoples thoughts .

chest press machine is a good one. You are able to really work. Your pectoral muscles without putting pressure on your shoulders. @Trenhead3cc That is a big advantage.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or not either but my skin does as well! My joint pain in my arm has gone away that was niggling there in the background for last 4-6 weeks. So I’m also happy with the the bpc and tb
