over the last 8 months I have lost 20lbs and redused body fat to 15%.my legs/arms are very lean and you can see the tie-ins on my back very well.trouble is although my waist has shrunk by 4" the skin is not tight and there is no sign of a six pack.I know I need to lower my BF further for a full six pack but is there anything I can do to tighten my skin?I am 29 and have taken 8 months to lose the weight. Is it a time thing?I though 20lbs in 8 months was long/slow enough to let my skin shrink back.

unfortunatly no. Good skin elasticity is from genetics. If you dont have that, you can only tighten up lose skin w/ tummy tuck.

Genetically speaking, some people can sport a washboard at higher bodyfats, some can't. I couldn't at a 3x measured average of 7 point caliper readings of 8.6%. My skin was very tight but not in that area. For me, that would be more cardio -- lose more bodyfat to get that to show.

Yohimburn would help, again limited by your genetic makeup in the ab-area, and possibly more at a yet lower bodyfat. At your age you really shoudln't have skin elasticity issues. But I can't speak to what your ab-potential is and that woudl be your bigggest limitation, other than just continuing to drop the bodyfat. I didnt' get really significant changes in my overall leanness until I hit 12%.

Their right about genetics etc.. but I think Yohimburn could help anyone.. i weight 200lbs at one point and due to this i carried extra skin around my abs.

I was getting fantastic results everywhere, except my abs were lagging. I sincerely feel Yohimburn helped me out in this are and assited in tightening it up

Losing fat helps show muscles underneath. Deflate a balloon or remove fat under skin, and it may not tighten up.
After pregnancy or massive weight loss, tissues sometimes only shrink so far. Tummy tuck surgery may be an option, but there are trade offs. Although scars can be hidden, there are still scars.

Hope this helps,
