This applies mainly to "solidifying"


Check list:

1 - I know to within 10% of the number of grams of protein, carbs, fat and total cals im getting everyday.

2 - I am doing cario first thing in the AM before I eat 3-4 week.

3 -I am hitting the weights consistently and with passion.

4 - I am taking a multi-vit and Mineral.

5 - I am using r-ala with each carb meal.





also.......rank your effort on a scale of 0.1-1.0 for the following:

Diet
Training
Cardio



so.....if you have:


1.0 for diet
0.9 for cardio
0.85 for training..



...sounds kick ass tight??


Not so much...here is the kicker...MULTIPLY the results together.


so.....the above will net you a 77% for total effort.


Think about it.
 
Stuff to think about.. i can put a check beside all but the carb thing.. what is that
 
Hey Doll....consider rotating carb cals....three days VERY low - one day 3x normal amount.

well low carbs is my issue.. i dont eat enough of those..
 
Well....then eat low for 3 days and then bump them way up on the fourth day with r-ala
 
Oh based on the Title, I was going to say I'm serious about getting into shape based on my 3 visits / week to the chiro & the $91/hr trainer I just hired. LOL! But that's more for some soft tissue physical therapy & recovery. But it is the prerequisite for the getting in shape part.
 
Shadow, you want me to do math this late at night? I might hurt myself. :)
