Have to agree with everyone else on the thread. You take off that shirt anywhere and you're going to get comments. As for the chest routine, have you tried weighted dips? If you lean in to the dip it really hits the chest. Get a belt with a chain and attach a dumbbell of your choice. It's great! If ya try it, tell me how it goes.
