I've read so many posts on cutting but still, it seems as noone has come up with a list of "basics" when it comes to workout routine, eating etc. Should the workout routine stay the same as far as lifting? What foods should one concentrate on eating when cutting? what should the ratios be c/p/f? Are there foods I want to stay away from?
Maybe there is already such a list of basics somewhere and it could become a sticky?
