Ok so i've been researching relentlessly for a while and i think i've gathered enough info to construct what i presume is a sound logical and safe cycle.
First cycle, so going with the cyp due to less pin's needed, and the countless reasons why test only first cycles are the way to go.
first my stats.
STATS:
Age: 21 (i know it's young but ive been lifting for 6 years)
Height: 5'9
Weight: 80kgs
BF: 9-10%- got measured at 6.7 with calippers but not sure how acurate that was!
Lifting Exp: as mentioned 6 years
Dieting: for 3 years solid
GOALS:
gain an extra 5kg lean muscle (obviously a little bloating will occur, which i will minimize via diet)
TRAINING:
- Will consist of high volume hypertrophy training reps at 2:2 with 1 minute rest inbetween sets, except on "key excercises" E.g. Bench press.
- Cardio for 10 minutes on an incline of 15% at a speed of 5.5kmh post workout.
Mon- Chest
Tues- Back
Wed- Low intensity Cardio + abs
Thurs- Legs
Fri- Shoulders
Sat- Bi's and Tri's + Abs
Sun- Rest
DIET:
Calories: 3,500 (500 over maintenance)
Macro Split: 40:40:20 (P:350g, C:350g, F:78
Sample Diet:
Meal 1: 1 Cup of Oats + 2 Scoops of Whey
Meal 2: 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese + 20 ALmonds
Meal 3: 200g Chicken Breast + 1 Cup Brown Rice + 1 Serving Steamed Vegetables (Brocolli, Cauli, Carrots)
Meal 4: (Pre Workout) 1 Scoop of Whey + 1/2 Cup of Oats
Meal 5: Post Workout (immediate) 2 Scoops Hydro Whey + 8 Pitted Dates
Meal 6: Post-Post (1 hour after previous meal) 200g Grilled Chicken Breast + 100g Sweet Potato + 1 Serving Steamed Vegetables
Meal 7: 200g Kangaroo Fillet + Steamed Vegetables + 50g Sweet Potato
Meal 8: 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese + 20 Almonds
Ok, now on to the cycle.
CYCLE:
Test Cyp:
- Week 1-10 (250mg 2x per week) Monday Morning + Thursday night [3.5 days]
ANCILERIES:
A-dex:
-Week 1-12: .5mg ED
PCT:
begins 12 days after last pin
Nolva:
- Week 13: 20mg 2x per day (total 40mg)
- Week 14-16: 20mg Per Day
Ok so my questions are, is it really necessary to add in HCG? if so at what dosages and when?
Also is Nolva sufficient enough for PCT. From the reading i have done, there appear to be a lot of mixed opinions, however Nolva seems to be the preffered
