t-3 help

My wife wants to take some t-3, she is 120 lbs and 22 years old! She walks about a mile each night and does a light work out at the end of her cardio. How can she get the most out of using t-3 and how exactly should she take it with out messing up her own thyroid? If you would please tell me how to pyramid the t-3 just right, nothing to crazy! Thanks Davo
 
remember that t3 will also burn muscle while burning fat-if she wants it, the way to go is 25mcg per day for a week then 50mcg pd for wk, and go up by 25mcg per week until she's at 100-taper down same way-get bloodwork done before and after cycle

AHHH T3 my favorite topic...been discussed like 100 times at least...T3 taken alone will burn fat and muscle as said above..NOT a good thing at all...she will just become skinny-fat..will not get her tone or give her the results she is looking for..Whatever happened to clean dieting..a good ol ECA stack and hard fuckin intense weight training??? That will solve a lot of issues right there alone..Ive seen many get lean w/out the use of T3..done it myself..You need to be on some type of AS in order to preserve your muscle while cycling..not something I would mess with at all.
 
How tall is she? She'd probably get better results from a better diet & workout regimen. Toss the "light workout" in favor of some heavier resistance training (she WON'T "GET BIG" TRUST ME!) and move the cardio to after or in the morning on an empty stomach, and do it at least to get her heartrate up.

This is the general starting place for a good workout for someone who is serioiusly looking to get results. I'm betting she probably doesnt' have a lot of muscle mass based on your description of her current workouts - but whatever she has, T3 will eat away at as well as fat - it isn't selective in how it "burns". You will also find that generally, because of the "eat everything" approach that t3 has, it is recommended to NOT take t3 without some sort of AS to help preserve muscle.

Definitely do some research & let her in on all the info (or better, get her on the boards!) so she can understand what T3 is and what it does before diving in. Especially for a beginner, there are better, easier, cheaper, safer ways to get fit before heading into the "supplements".
