How tall is she? She'd probably get better results from a better diet & workout regimen. Toss the "light workout" in favor of some heavier resistance training (she WON'T "GET BIG" TRUST ME!) and move the cardio to after or in the morning on an empty stomach, and do it at least to get her heartrate up.
This is the general starting place for a good workout for someone who is serioiusly looking to get results. I'm betting she probably doesnt' have a lot of muscle mass based on your description of her current workouts - but whatever she has, T3 will eat away at as well as fat - it isn't selective in how it "burns". You will also find that generally, because of the "eat everything" approach that t3 has, it is recommended to NOT take t3 without some sort of AS to help preserve muscle.
Definitely do some research & let her in on all the info (or better, get her on the boards!) so she can understand what T3 is and what it does before diving in. Especially for a beginner, there are better, easier, cheaper, safer ways to get fit before heading into the "supplements".
