What would be a good supplement to take at night (from 6pm to bedtime) besides ZMA...... I usually take a vit/multi at breakfast and lunch .. and maybe early dinner 5pm....... Is it ok to take a multi or Vit C,E or other supp after 6pm? I thought that this would cause them not to be absorbed fully or something? Im taking a multi and about 1.5grms of C, and 400iu of E .........
Also same ? for a protein drink ... would it be able to be properly digested if taken about 1/2-1 hr before bed ? Thanks for any advise ........
