Suggestions for lean bulk (with tren)

10 weeks. Trying tren for the first time . I will be starting with beast drol first 4 weeks

Test cyp 100 mg week trt dose
Tren topical (dosing per gators protocol)
SD first 4 weeks 20-30mg

Question is around diet. Goal is lean bulk, with emphasis on the lean more than the bulk.

I have done some reading on dieting with tren and the macros and calorie totals are all over the map.

I am thinking:

3000-3500 cals per day
300/300/100 p/c/f

It will be a clean diet. Clean carbs and proteins.

Is 300 carbs enough for tren and SD?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I don't believe in high carb diets, they jack up your insulin and mess with your homeostasis. Try a CKD bulker or something in that realm, you'll get a lot bigger and leaner than you would on a high carb diet.

Agrees. But 300 grams carbs isn't that high especially if one incorporates some hiit training a few times a week.
Plus tren and sd strive on clean carbs

Read stevesmi thread on having carbs with tren.

Also I'm currently running SD and carbs are a life saver.. days when carbs are on the low side and I feel like death.. I'm trying to take in around 500gm carbs a day but its not always possible nd SD is just chewing them up and packing on mass..

You only feel bad with low carbs because you have NOT made the metabolic shift and are in the middle where your body is using carbs and protein for fuel instead of fat.

300 grams of carbs is high and unnecessary when you can run a bulking CKD or anabolic/evolutionary diet and get twice the resuls with a lot less fat gains.

When you say fat do you mean fat from my diet or bodyfat?

Both triglycerides and ingested fats. If you haven't made the metabolic shift, you will not be able to use fat for fuel. You'll feel horrible until you do the diet right and make the full metabolic shift.

Hey there - I have read Steve's threads on the topic and its great info. However I think my goals are different than his to an extent as I am trying to lean out first and foremost. Of course putting on a few lbs of muscle would obviously be important as well just not at the expense of staying at 12% or higher. I want to end at 10% as a target. Thanks
