I went grocery shopping a couple days back and wanted to add a few tsps of peanut butter to my diet throughout the day. I was at kroger and didn't see any natural peanut butter, but I did see "sugar free" peanut butter. It contains peanuts, veg oil, salt. Stuff only has like 3 carbs a serving. Is it that much different than all natty peanut butter? I was gonna use it with my cutting diet also. Is that fine?

You need to read the back and look for hydronated oils, these are trans fats that are no good for you. The main difference I have noticed from ANPB and any other brand is all the junk that is in the processed crap, just read the back and this will give you your answer.

seems like it could be similar. Dont know why they would have added oil though, i believe in ANPB it is ALL natural oils from the nuts

definiitely go with the natty... what you put in is what you get out...
