hey what do you guys feel about subs. Can they be a decent meal? How much protein is in all the sandwich meat put in it? Can come on wheat bread with veggies, so thats a plus. Let me know if I can put mayo/mustard, oil/vinager on them. Im thinking of having them for my mid day meals. This is what I usually eat....

Eggs - OJ - Milk
Tuna - Unsalted crackers - crystal light - water
1/2 sub - crystal light - water
1/2 sub - crystal light - water
No carb dinner - crystal light - water

My diet is kind of for fat loss, but with more protein.
 
Oh yea, should I start a new topic, on days that I workout, I have musclemilk, the label shows its high in fat %, is it good fat? What do you guys think of it, besides tasting awesome.
 
im confused. ah to tell you something, all meats are different in protein, sandwich meats contain tons of sodium-substitute for chicken breat-NOT FRIED- steak unmarbled, ..............ah..............ah..............you gotta do some work on your diet, i dont think your getting one gram of fiber...no carb dinner????? hit some research my friend, tons around

That diet doesnt have enough nutrition to feed my dog.

Water=Good
Crystal Light=not so good
Tuna=Good
Sub=Not usally good but can be acceptable is with wheat bread. TONS of meat. No dressing
Eggs=good
Crackers=Not good on a low carb diet-I think thats what you are trying to do
Milk-Long as it is NO FAT or SKIM

You need to look deeper into your diet. How much are you going to eat? How many Cals/Carbs/Protien are you getting in? What are you going to do for energy? Any suppelments? What are your goals? What is your starting point...The list goes on and ON. But here are some basic questions to find awsears for.
 
Yes, I get double meat, and I get boards head - no preservatives, light mayo/mustard and yes on wheat.

Well I figured Crystal light is better than sugary gatorade and diet colas.

I only have a few crackers, and I try not to have carbs with my last meal, around 6pm.

My milk is fat free.

As far as how many cals/protein/carbs im eating.... no idea. Hopefully around 1800, im trying to lose fat. I play basketball for about 3 hours 4 times a week, and walk my dog everyday(1/2 mile maybe)

age - 19(just turned)
height - 6'1 1/2
weight - 227
bf%: im not for sure, but prob 25-30 im pretty flabby

I know I need to work out to help me in my fatloss, but right now im just too busy, so its push ups and sit ups, along with a leg workout excercise I do 3 times a week(no weights)
